Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they continue to apply to you even after you request a refund. A lack of acknowledgment or understanding of any part of these terms and conditions is not my responsibility and remains your responsibility.

You can request a refund at any time during the working or progress period. Refunds are usually processed to your account at 21:00 PM GMT+7. The refund will be transferred to your account within an hour of this time. (Refunds issued in Saturday, Sunday, or United States/Indonesia National Holidays will be re-issued again in the working days). If you use PayPal, I will not cover any fees. The total refund amount will be the amount you paid, excluding any transfer fees. Please keep this in mind and check your balance after I have issued the refund.

1.) After your refund has been granted, if I have provided you with a test version of your order, you may keep and use it as you wish.

2.) You will no longer have access to the project files.

3.) The project files will be transferred to me (Khoirulloh) and will be copyrighted, except for your hand-drawn assets.

4.) I have the right to sell, transfer ownership to another party, or publish the project in any way. You acknowledge and accept this condition.

5.) The project will be marked as "Terminated," and you cannot restore it by reordering, repaying, or any other means.
